Demands of “Kalimatuna” to the International Community
1. Call upon the United Nations member states, especially those supporting terrorism and imposing coercive unilateral economic sanctions on the Syrian people, to comply with the UN Charter, specifically in terms of refraining from interfering in the domestic affairs of a member state in the United Nations, and respecting the principle of states’ sovereignty.
2. Stop this criminal war against the Syrian people and lift the coercive unilateral economic sanctions, as a prelude to the achievement of a peaceful political solution in Syria.
3. Enforcing Security Council resolutions, in particular resolutions 2170 and 2178, in addition to resolution 2199, which compel UN member states to sever ties with terrorist organizations and to take all measures aiming at freezing and severing their funding sources, and preventing the smuggling and trafficking of antiquities, resources and wealth.
4. Demanding the establishment of a strict international mechanism for the implementation of all resolutions related to the Syrian issue, specifically with regard to supporting terrorism in all its forms; a mechanism that holds accountable the countries which have not complied with the application of Security Council resolutions.
5. Activating the mechanisms provided for in the UNESCO Charter to restore the looted Syrian antiquities, in addition to taking serious measures to protect the Syrian heritage in all its forms, as well as the preservation of the richness of the Syrian social fabric in coordination with the Syrian government.
6. Restoring diplomatic relations and reopening embassies in order to restore communication and dialogue between the Syrian people and other peoples, and ensuring mutual cooperation and development through the legitimate institutions which represent their people.

1-دعوة الدول الأعضاء في الأمم المتحدة، وخاصة تلك الداعمة للإرهاب والتي تفرض تدابير اقتصادية قسرية أحادية الجانب على الشعب السوري، للالتزام بميثاق الأمم المتحدة، تحديداً لجهة الامتناع عن التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية لدولة عضو في الأمم المتحدة، وللالتزام باحترام مبدأ سيادة الدول.
2-وقف هذه الحرب المجرمة بحق الشعب السوري ورفع التدابير الاقتصادية القسرية الأحادية الجانب كمقدمة لإرساء حل سياسي سلمي في سورية.
3-تطبيق قرارات مجلس الأمن الدولي، ولا سيما القرارات 2170 و 2178 بالإضافة إلى القرار 2199 التي تلزم الدول الأعضاء بالأمم المتحدة بقطع العلاقات مع التنظيمات الإرهابية، واتخاذ كامل الإجراءات الهادفة إلى تجميد وقطع مصادر التمويل عنها، ومنع عمليات تهريب الآثار والموارد والثروات والاتجار بها.
4-المطالبة بإيجاد آلية دولية صارمة لتطبيق كل القرارات ذات الصلة بالشأن السوري وتحديداً فيما يتعلق بدعم الإرهاب بكل أشكاله تضمن محاسبة الدول التي لم تلتزم بتطبيق قرارات مجلس الأمن.
5-تفعيل الآليات المنصوص عليها في ميثاق “اليونيسكو” من أجل استعادة الآثار السورية المنهوبة إضافة إلى اتخاذ إجراءات جادة لحماية التراث السوري المادي واللامادي ولاسيما الحفاظ على غنى النسيج المجتمعي السوري، بالتنسيق مع الحكومة السورية.
6-استعادة العلاقات الدبلوماسية وفتح السفارات بهدف إعادة التواصل والحوار بين الشعب السوري وباقي الشعوب وضمان علاقات التعاون المشترك والتنمية من خلال المؤسسات الشرعية التي تمثل شعوبها.
